だが、リリース直前に"Rocks and Gravel” "Let Me Die In My Footsteps" "Gamblin' Willie's Dead Man's Hand" "Talkin' John Birch Blues" が "Girl from the North Country" "Masters of War" "Bob Dylan's Dream" "Talkin' World War III Blues" に変更された。"Talkin' John Birch Blues" が削られたのは、エドサリバン・ショーでNGになったからという事らしいがよく知らない。まぁ曲が変更されてアルバム全体が良くなったという人もいる。
